Ghosted after final interview/assignment. I applied and was contacted a few weeks later to complete an “aptitude test” (IQ test) and some kind of personality test. Weird and archaic. Red flag which I shouldn’t have overlooked. Then, I had a short phone screen with HR which felt very rushed. I then had the final interview, with the hiring manager and their manager. The interview was pretty standard, no complaints. I was then asked to complete a writing exercise, which I submitted the same day. However, they ghosted me and did not reply to my follow up email. Unprofessional and disrespectful of their candidates’ time. Interview process and company seem disorganized.
