Terrible interview process. Instead of understanding career development and skills attained, the interviewer was asking definition based questions. In other words, the interview was mainly designed for a new college recruit, which is not intended for higher level positions. Very odd recruiting company and the way they operate because I ended up going further in the interview process recently with the hiring company directly. Would not recommend this agency.
