Had 2 or 3 qualifying calls with 2 separate BD managers in about one week. After that, I was invited in to the office to interview. First part was a culture interview with people from various teams, asking more personal/culture type questions. Then had a BD-centric interview with people from the team I had applied for. Last step was to interview with the CEO. It's pretty cool that he personally screens each person who goes through the process.

long process, 2 30-40 Min Phone interviews, then in office round table with 3 directors about position and 3 directors about the culture about 90 more minutes... thought every step of the way went well which is why I continued to pursue the position... guess i was wrong somewhere along the lines there because I didn't get an offer... life! office was nice though and majority of the interviewers were friendly... seems like a pretty young company and cool hip place to work.... in initial walk around in office people are at their desk playing catch and listening to rap music... lol, cool opportunity though, I think I'd be more upset if the pay was good and i didn't get the position
