Had two phone interviews - one with a recruiter and one with the manager of the assisted living facility. My conversation with the recruiter went really well but the woman I spoke with for my second interview was beyond rude, pejorative and unprofessional. I couldn't hear her very well as she sounded like she was on her cell phone driving on the highway. God forbid I asked her to repeat a question, because she responded as though I couldn't understand the English language. I never heard back from her, not a shocker, but still rude. How hard is it to let someone know that they didn't get the job? The interview itself wasn't difficult. A lot of situational questions and just explaining your background and why you'd be a great fit for the position and organization.
