Was asked basic questions about food service. Asked if ServeSafe Certified. Offered to take chef test and when I agreed to it, was told it wasn't necessary as just wanted to see my reaction. Very basic questions. Had to negotiate salary a little bit as they tend to lowball offers. Was offered job on the spot and started the next day.
