I was referred by a VP that was currently at the company, and the HR screener setup a phone call. He asked me one question and then that was the end of the interview. I attempted to talk him through my experience and connect it with the job posting to show that I was qualified, but he didn't seem interested. It was one of the most humiliating experience I've ever had in an interview.
