When the interview used to be held by an HR Professional, it was structured and good, the recruitment process length was normal (not exceeding 3 interviews)
but sometimes when the interviews were done by other parties, they would ask very personal and non-significant questions (like: do you have a boyfriend? and why not?), this was very unprofessional
sometimes other parties would interfere in the recruitment process, and it would linger to 4 or 5 interviews
