A very smooth hiring process (back in 2006 at least), all interviews done in one day on site. Almost no 'brain games' like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" or "Why should we hire you?" Casual dress-code, very friendly atmosphere.

Briefly, concisely, competent questions, correct feedback, complete information about the position. I liked the maximum openness and willingness to dialogue, the willingness to answer complex questions. The head is an excellent communicator.
