The interview process was fairly simple and straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter, who asked about my background and experience related to the role. Since the team and position are still new and growing, it sounded like they are still building out some parts of the role as they go. Because of that, they did not have all the answers to some of the questions I asked. They also mentioned that the full interview process would include four parts.

One question the recruiter asked was what tools I have used in previous roles that would help me succeed in this position. They also asked about my experience with specific tools related to the role and how I have used similar platforms in past work.
