I had my worst experience here. I cleared the first round of online test and was called for the interview at 1:15 pm. Nothing seemed to be organized. My interview started at 4 pm. I cleared three rounds of technical interview and was called for the HR interview. At that time,I told the HR that i have another job offer(which I had to confirm by wednesday( This interview took place on monday) and I would reject that if I got this. The HR said that he would be sending me the offer letter on friday and joining would be following wednesday. I didn't receive my offer letter and hence I called them and emailed them to no avail. I headed to the office and the HR said that I wasn't selected. However upon his word that I had got the job during the interview, I had rejected the offer from the other company as well,which was in fact paying a lakh more. They did not behave with integrity and it's a setback on my career.

The interview was not clear the recruiter only don't know any programming languages to test people it only depends on interview panel. For some people they are asking questions and for people they are simply explaining some topics and selecting them
