During the interview process, I was greeted with energetic, positive people that put me at ease almost immediately (which is saying a lot, I was all nerves). The focus of the questions did cover how I might fit in with their needs, but also how they might fit in with mine. While the duties were absolutely covered, as was the discussions about my skillset, the focus was on who I am as a person. It was very clear that the employee value as a person was the biggest factor.
