The interview process did not take long. Everyone was professional and friendly. I received an email confirming time and date. I was assigned a hostess who treated me to lunch and gave me a plant tour. She also answered any questions that I had and gave me encouraging words.

Spoke to a recruiter at a campus recruiting event. Had a campus interview the day after the career fair, common behavioral questions.
Had a second-round interview a month later. 4 interviewers, all from various engineering/management roles. Mostly behavioral questions looking for teamwork experience and problem-solving. Rejected from that position.
Had another second-round interview with a different division of the company a week later.
