There was never any contact by anyone on the recruiting team. I received an automated email several weeks after I applied letting me know that I was still being considered. Later an assistant emailed to schedule my interview. When asked who I would be interviewing with I was informed that the panel hadn't been selected. I never went through a phone screen so there was not an opportunity to ask questions that aren't interview appropriate, but that help you prepare. I did not know who would be interviewing me ahead of time. A person came to greet me from the lobby and did not say who they were. It ended up being the hiring manager. She also followed me down in the elevator afterward which was really awkward. The interview questions were extremely long with a lot of build up to the question and did not seem to match the role or job description. It took at least a month after the interview to even get the automated rejection.
