Online application process followed by 2 assessments. First assessment is a personality test with timed aptitude questions. If you pass this set of tests, you then get to the video interview. During the video interview you retake the aptitude section of the test while being monitored. This is really weird and makes the test feel a bit creepy. After taking the test again the interview starts in earnest. Get to ask questions and talk to the recruiter. They will finish with pay information. That was the end of the interview for me. Entry level Scrum Masters start at $60k and level three caps out at $90k. These were substantially below market rate and I declined to go further in the interview process.
