Recruiter e-mailed me a form to fill for my available hours for the following week at 5PM. I filled it up and sent it back by 7AM the following day. Was given a different date for interview that wasn't in the times chosen, but I was still available so I let them know literally 5 minutes after she sent the e-mail that it would work for me. Day of interview comes, no call at all. I e-mailed the recruiter at 20 minutes before the scheduled interview was supposed to end to ask if they had moved on or if she was going to call. No reply. Guess this means I was ghosted. Seems very unprofessional, but this process seems to be the new norm form what I've heard.
