Called, asked a few basic engineering questions about stress and strain, including questions about where the load bearing will be the highest, basic cantilever questions, and materials question about aluminum and steel. Then asked questions about experiences and some of what I did and why I made certain engineering decisions

First was with a lead engineer (technical), then with a recruiter (behavioral), then with another lead engineer (technical), future would have been on site. It was a very accelerated timeline and fast process.
