I applied online, got an email to do a phone interview the next day. After that the recruiter sa I'd he would contact me back with available times for an in person interview. I did not hear from him when I expected to. So I emailed him back and he said verified my address and said that there wasn't an opening in my area. The recruiter said that he would contact me when an opening does become available.

Can you describe a time when you faced a challenging situation at work and how you handled it?
2 people interviewed manager and supervisor and both asked questions about my skill sets and the interview lasted about 20 minutes in total and then I got an offer less than 3 days later
