I was scheduled to meet with 3-4 people over the course of my two-hour interview. The recruiter was lovely and met me in the lobby first to go over how the interview breakdown would work, made me feel comfortable and welcome. Meeting with the individual staffers and directors was also a beneficial experience, because they ranged from new-er employees to upper level.
