Recruiter reached out to me and really wanted me for the position. Was already talking about how much they’d offer me as far as salary. Set up an interview with area manager. At first the interview started out by her asking about my experience. I was trying to make it a fun and exciting interview, but it seemed like she really hated her job and was taking it out on me during the interview. I answered her questions in a positive manner, but she wasn’t having it. After the interview I got a call from the recruiter who said I didn’t get the job due to lack of sales experience. I tried to tell them about it what happened, but there was nothing they could do. I was immediately not considered for any of the assistant manager jobs I applied for.
