Fast, this is a high turnover role they are constantly recruiting for but they position it as an IT sales role so be careful. I was interviewed, then interviewed with the manager and then their boss, hired within about 10 days.

Prior experience in IT, prior experience in sales, fairly standard stuff from an interview standpoint. Issue is it is positioned as a 70-90k a year in bonus with a very low salary but they make it sound like being between 90-120% of quota is easy, far from it- More than half the sales team is below 50% of quota each month. In a given year your may see 70% of your team turnover. No reason to bring in any family photos to the office, no one is even going to worry to much about your name.
Straightforward. Recruiter>Manager>Director and manager>Manager>Offer. Timeline was reasonable and process was efficient. Everything was smooth regarding the interview process. No complaints with the process other than uncommon questions that I have not been asked in other interviews.
Was super easy. There is a pre interview call with the talent specialist, if all goes well you move into an in person interview with the sales manager. The 3rd interview is with the sales manager, and the associate director.

Interview was unprepared and hadn't read over my resume or application at all. Constantly referred to my LinkedIn as it was the only thing she'd looked at and based on her responses, only 5mins before talking. Stated that she thought I was boring, I didn't have enough followers and my LinkedIn was uninspired. Wasn't aware that this interview was a popularity competition.
