Super weird interview, 3 guys interviewing me, while one just kind of stared and another drilled rapid fire questions without really having a conversation and was arrogant. Just a really weird kind of disrespectful vibe as opposed to actually connecting with a candidate. For the first time in my life i asked to stop mid interview as it didn’t seem like a fit and I knew it wasn’t a culture I wanted to work in based on the interview. they said thanks for the feedback let’s keep going, we’ll adjust. Of course after they said it wasn’t a fit and I was thinking yes that’s why I wanted to stop and not waste my time. I see their insta ads 24/7 so came back to see how they’re doing and I’m not sure their employee reviews are all - advice to the team.
