Entrevista
My interview was a rather interesting one, as I was vouched for by a confidant of a senior management executive. So, I had plenty of cultural fit rounds to sit through. I was told there would typically be 3-4 rounds of interviews, starting with HR, then person you're working with / for, then department head.
If you weren't a good fit for the role, but good fit for the team, the department head would recommend you to have a sit down with a management exec to determine which role would be best and they'll set up another chat with this new department head.
Once they decide, it should take no more than 3-4 working days for them to respond with compensation negotiations. And from there you can decide if you'll take on the role, and if so, when you want to start.
