I applied online. The overall process took 2 weeks. I was told there would typically be 3-4 rounds of interviews, starting with HR, then 2 rounds with the person you're working for - one discussion and one coding round, and then a cultural fitment round with the CTO. I interviewed at Spenmo in December 2021.
