It was a little different for me than typical. I had a phone call interview with a store manager from a different store, and was passed through to the DM a couple days later. The DM was on PTO and there was a new store opening. The DM forgot to call at the scheduled time due to flight delays. They asked about excellent customer service, what motivates you, how to motivate part time associates.
