1st interview: Group interview with about 6 other people. There were several group interviews ahead of us so we waited in the lunch/break lounge, where they offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. Interviewers were Team Leads within the CC department. They asked us questions unrelated to past work experience - just general questions to perhaps help determine if the candidates would be a good organizational fit. 2nd interview: A couple of days after the initial interview, I got a call for the second round. This time I interviewed by myself with upper management from the CC department as well as from other departments. They asked me more about my work experience and things of that nature. It was much shorter than the first (about 5-10 mins).
