I applied on their site directly and was referred by a former colleague who works there now. A few days after applying, I spoke with the recruiter and after a day or two the interview process started with me meeting the hiring manager. After, there was a series of individual Zoom meetings, throughout three weeks - four 1 x 1 Zoom meetings on different days/weeks. After that, I was asked to do an assessment and also met a final time with the hiring manager to do a vibe check. After the final vibe check, another week passed and I was offered the position verbally with the recruiter. I flip-flop between whether spreading out the 1 x 1 interviews over a three-week span is a good or bad thing. On one hand, you're able to conserve energy for each meeting, rather than being worn down like it's a gauntlet exercise. On the other hand, maintaining the vibe and remembering answers you shared with other interviewers can be difficult and leave room for error.
