Seated in front of several staff members some of which are bedside RN's and some are management as they ask questions. There is a panel that asks questions but several members of the staff are allowed to watch and possible participate with questions at the end of the process.

Quick phone call, the process was easy. Couldn’t get a good read on if the interview went well but the position was offered the next day. Although, it was not a permanent position.
