Do not spend your time in such foolish and lengthy process..at the end they will say your skills are not matched with us(which is initial decision making phase)...think about it before appearing ..senseless HR,,If my skills are not match then why they scheduled my client interview...and too slow process..salary will be less only 25% to 30% hike...Trust me after each round interviewer was satisfied ..at the end they said your skills not match with us...
