The interview process was long-winded. 1. 30-min call with a team member who said I would get a deliverable. 2. However, I had another 30 min with a recruiter. 3. Got a deliverable that they claimed would take a couple of hours (2-3 hours). They were also testing whether what kind of questions I ask to finish the assignment. The team member replied after 3 days on a Sunday evening. 4. Got invited to a 2-hour interview loop with 4 people. Started 15 mins late, and then the interviews were back-to-back. Therefore, it kept flowing into another person's time. Extremely chaotic and stressful for the interviewee, my POV.
