Initially I got a call from HR, she invited me for an interview on the same day, I arrived as per the allocated time and the interview was conducted in the allocated time, I did not have to wait which shows Square Yards value other people’s time which is highly appreciated.

The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an HR screening call discussing my background, experience, and expectations. This was followed by a technical/managerial round where my communication skills, problem-solving ability, and role-related knowledge were evaluated. The interviewers were friendly and explained the job responsibilities clearly. Overall, the process was well-structured and had a positive experience
