Overall, the process was really straightforward and the team are awesome which made the whole experience that little bit sweeter. In total, there was a phone screening which covered off topics around the role, the company, my experience and thoughts around pursuing the next steps etc. The phone screen was followed up with a technical assessment covering some core components within the role. Following on from the initial screens, there were 4x interview sessions conducted either via VC or in-person and a final group coffee to meet/greet the team. Kudos to the team and everyone involved in the process - big thumbs up!
