Stage 2: Technical Interview 1 SQL - DDL, DML, and most questions related to Unix commands. To explain the commands. Then a few questions related to service now were also asked. What do you know about service now, and what are some advantages of using the ServiceNow platform? I was asked for a detailed description of my project that was mentioned in the resume. Lastly, a scenario-based question was asked when I have to deal with a troubled client. And how I would react in such a scenario. And what I would do then. Also asked regarding plans to give CAD and CSA certification.

Stage 2 - Technical Interview 2 Questions were mainly based on SQL, Linux commands, and questions related to the ServiceNow platform. Situations based for eg: If a customer comes with an issue which has never been diagonized previously and there are no vlogs regarding that. What will you do? Basic to intermediate level questions - Based on networking, javascript, operating systems and also asked about the company and the services they provide. Basic oops and coding question was given to write the code and show it. Questions about the service now courses were also asked. Good understanding about the role and the working of it. Some scenarios were given and asked about how to act upon that situation.
