After submitting my resume, work sample and cover letter, I was contacted by one of the partners to set up an interview and I responded thanking them for the opportunity and giving my availability. I even applied for leave from my current job in order to make the interview. However, I have never heard back from them about a date or time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

They were very flexible with the interview time, I came in on the weekend. They took me through their pin up wall and described projects. They told me what they need help on, and gave a really good job description. They were misleadingly nice in the interview, the firm environment is not as open as they described.
