First of all the tech park charges you 20 INR per hour for the time you spend their so it's sort of a waste if you don't get selected.. They should not be charging parking fee to interview candidates.
I had 2 rounds, one with technical staff and the other one with HR.
I was through and given offer. No negotiation, it was take it or leave it. The offer was competitive to market so I took it.

Interviewed for Group FP&A role. 2 rounds of interview - first round was with a VP, SVP and analytics head. Questions were more on my current work experience, strategic thinking, presentation flow and Banking knowledge. Overall good experience.
