If the diagnostic test doesn't work might as well check the device if there's any unusual or missing plugins or attachments (that's for hardware) or restart the device if the software might giving problem or check the software settings to see what is not enable (that's for software).

If a user facing issues with his/her device; ensure to listen actively, after that run a diagnostic test to identify the problem, once the problem is been identified you are now able to solve the problem and do what is required.
