I first applied on indeed.com. I was then contacted with an email saying that they would like to have a phone interview with me. They explained the salary right away. Phone interview followed by an in person interview two weeks later. The phone interview was with a national recruiter and the in-person interview was in Lombard.

The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
