A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and told me about the opportunity. I applied for the job and within a couple of days had a phone screening with a recruiter from San Diego. After the phone interview I was put in contact with the Regional Sales Director and scheduled an interview with her. Standard interview questions and very direct about the job and what it entails.

Entrevista
It was a 2-step interview process. I had my first interview with the recruiter that reached out to me and then my next interview was with the direct manager. It was a smooth process probably because I was referred by an employee.

It was a long process, had a total of 5 interviews for the outside b2b Sales position. 3 phone 2 in person. They want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit as the job requires you to be very self motivated

Took about 2 weeks. I did a phone interview, then I did an app interview that asked me some basic questions. Then I had 2 in person interviews at the main office and I was given an offer the next day
