Entrevista
Very easy interview. Talked with two managers, one right after the other. Asked about previous experience, why I would be a good fit, very generic things. Was given the job on the spot. They hired me for a sales associate position, but ended up cross training me for both sales floor and copy and print center. Ended up spending a majority of my time in copy and print. This cross training wasn't made clear during the interview, but worked out for the best.

Explain a time where you had a disgruntled customer and what did you do

Basic questions asked not a whole lot to it pretty standard to any retail job. Can’t really remember everything they asked. Easy to pass job but hard job. Just act as if you have common sense.
I got a email right away and I go the job same day. Questions were simple and I was able to start the next week and was able to get paid the next week.
Easy normal interview process offered job on spot and did not have difficulty in questions. Mostly normal interview questions asked if I can add on more roles kinda hesitant cause they didn’t offer more pay toward it
