Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa State Street.
Entrevista
I applied through school, got an e-mail to schedule the interview couple of weeks later. Phone interview was easy with basic behavioral questions. Received the invitation for in-person interviews the same week. The in-person interview questions were also all behavioral. The staff was really friendly and nice, they made me feel very excited about joining the company. I received the offer a week after.

The recruitment process at State Street is usually well organized and professional. It often starts with an online application, followed by a phone or video interview. Recruiters are friendly and ask questions about your experience, motivation, and teamwork skills. Many candidates say the interview is relaxed and focused on behavioral questions rather than technical ones. Depending on the position, there may also be questions about finance, Excel, or basic analytical skills. The process is generally clear, and candidates receive feedback within a reasonable time.

Entrevista
The process was fairly smooth. I was first reached out through a phone call through HR, who asked simple screening questions, such as whether I was still interested in the opportunity, my availability, etc. After that initial call, it took around a week for them to invite me for an interview. The interview was laid back as it was conversational with no technical questions asked. They just want to get to know you--what you do in school, outside of school, hobbies, and interest. Two back to back interviews with senior managers with of the firm. Be sure to come prepared with a lot of questions about State Street and why this field/position.
