The overall process went well. 1st round interview was with HR over the phone, going through a series of questions related to work experience and then she shared some of the things that are going on with the organization and some of the exciting changes they are implementing. The 2nd round interview was also over the phone (because I was out of state) with a VP, this interview got into more detail around my experience and background. The VP also highlighted the significant changes that are being made throughout the organization related to their Business Transformation. The 3rd round interviews were on site at the corporate headquarters, and I interviewed with 2 Officers and a VP. The in person interviews lasted 3 hours and continued to go into more depth about the position, the company and my background. Overall process took about 2 months.
