Initially Inhad a phone screening with HR. They gave a brief overview of the role and made sure I was the candidate that would fit the role. I was asked to come in to have a face to face interview and Inwas available the next day. I interviewed with two managers in a panel. It was a conversation and they asked questions but did not make me feel uncomfortable or that I was in the hot seat. They did a great job explaining their roles, their experience with the company and what the role I interviewing entailed and the type if person they need for the job. I also had another interview with a director via phone as it was difficult to sync our schedule due to the holidays. The phone interview was light.
