It was not formal and seemed unplanned and unprofessional. They canceled the interview to reschedule at least 2 times. They explained how they normally recruit new candidates by searching for "cute" girls in the mall. It was weird and unprofessional - the employees talked about the owner and knew way too much about his personal life and relationships with employees.
