Phone screen with District manager - then regional manager - called the next day and offered position. Overall cool company but my district manager who has now been terminated was insane.

Why do you want to work for Steve Madden? What do you know about the company? What are you goals in running a store for Steve madden?
It was very easy, smooth, and calm. Be on time!! Management is very nice and friendly. Also everyone is easy to approach. Love the brand and furthered my positive outlook I already had on the company.

Entrevista
There were two interviews. The first was an in-store interview with a manager (could be the current store manager, a guest store manager, or assistant manager). I interviewed with the assistant manager. The second interview was on the phone with the regional manager, if they are traveling it could be in person.
