In short, it took forever. I applied in January of 2019. Wasn't contacted until May. Went through several rounds of phone interviews with nice people and good questions. After every one, the recruiter would say he'd get back to me in a week, but 2, 3, 4 weeks would go by. Finally I was invited for in-person interviews, which again, were with nice people who asked good questions. But then weeks would go by with no contact. In August, they came back and asked me to complete a "project" which was fairly typical compared to other companies I've interviewed with. The recruiter once more told me he'd get back to me in a week. A month later, after not hearing a single thing, I gave up. Really unprofessional to ghost people like that - especially ones that went to the trouble of completing a project.
