It was very easy to do the online application but if you want the job you have to put pressure on them to hire you or they will just toss your application.

Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
