      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Strategic Mobility Group (Chicago, IL) em nov. de 2018

      Entrevista

      Started with a phone call with Eric and the Sales Managers(they call themselves VPs) In then one in person interview with 2 or 3 different people. I said I would not accept ANY offers under 50,000 and they gave me an offer of 40,000 after I confirmed with them twice that I would not accept anything under that. Then they would not even counter offer they did the normal oh you'll make so much in commission. Overall I would stay far away from this organization as you can not trust them. Any company that says yes we can meet your requirements then they give you something way under what you agreed upon is not a company you want to work for. Do not trust Eric or anyone in this organization especially if you are leaving a position.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide our team your feedback, we would like to take the time to address any concerns you may have had during our interview process and clarify any misunderstandings you were left with. In 2018 the sales organization at SMG3 divided into two groups – Inside sales and Outside sales, a common practice within many industries including ours. Both sales groups reported up to their respective Vice Presidents which you would have possibly met if the interview process was that far along. In an effort to address the multiple individuals in your interview, SMG3 prides itself on the overall health of our corporate culture and in an effort to preserve our culture, all of our interviews include two – three members of management, senior leadership, and/or future teammates. Unfortunately, we cannot comment specifically to the statement made regarding the salary cited in this review as it does not provide an overall outline of the compensation package allegedly offered. What we can offer however is a brief explanation of our compensation methodology. Compensation packages offered by SMG3 are based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience and industry knowledge, overall education, value to the organization, and competitive intelligence. Regarding the very bold statement to “stay far away from this organization as you cannot trust them”, SMG3 and our associates take the utmost pride in doing business ethically. If at any time an applicant feels this is not the case, our human resources department is available to address these concerns. Publicly shaming an individual however is not only unprofessional and uncalled for, it also exhibits a lack of integrity, something we look at when interviewing candidates. In closing, based on the displeasure you have expressed regarding our organizational structure, interview process, compensation packages, and management team, it sounds like SMG3 was not the right career choice or fit for your needs. We are sorry to hear that your interview experience differs from the positive company culture that others have experienced firsthand within our organization. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
