Had a total of three phone interviews. One with a talent scout from another state, one with the hiring manager, and one with their 3rd party 'Gallup' interviewers. After the third interview they never called back, never emailed, had a friend who worked there and they claimed they had. Decided to email them, no response. Bad look for the company.

3 total rounds: 1:1 with HM, Gallup Assessment online, and 2 panels for the final round in person, 30 min with each panelist plus a full team chat at the end.

A waste of time. Phone interview and then video interview. I followed up weekly for three weeks. They ignored my email and they finally just rejected. They clearly don’t respect others time

Normal questions related to the job, but all in English. Self-introduction, the reason why chose to apply for this role, previous intership experience, understanding about Stryker, and the experience to show the learning capacity.
