I applied online, and a few days later the recruiter requested my availability to discuss the role and my experience. The same day, the recruiter provided me with a time to meet the following day, and I confirmed the time. The day to have the conversation came and I received a message from the recruiter five minutes before our scheduled time indicating she was on a call she could not get out of and she would be in touch to reschedule. I responded that was fine and provided additional dates/times of availability on my schedule, to which she never responded. Completely ghosted. Very unprofessional.
