Entrevista
The interview process is rigorous. First there is a standard phone interview as a first level screen. The phone interview is followed by an on-site interview with 4-5 different interviewers representing different areas of the business you will interact with on a daily basis. You meet with each interviewer one at a time, for 20-30 minutes. Each interviewer has a standard set of questions to go through but will ask you several of their own specific questions as well, and each interviewer appears to have at least one hot ticket item you must be able to answer. If you succeed in passing the first two rounds, there is a mandatory personality test that you must take prior to receiving an offer.

Entrevista
I cleared 2 rounds of over the phone interview, 1st with Stryker's recruiter and 2nd with the Hiring manager. 1st was an easier one where the recruiter went over my educational and professional background and did some Gallup questions. Second one was a little tough with all behavioral questions.
