There was a written test with some multiple choice and some open-ended questions. Upon passing it, I was interviewed in person by the department head and an HR person. The latter was polite, but the former was rude, aggressive and unpleasant. Refused to clarify what he meant by certain questions, ended up guessing his intended meaning.
